I was explaining one of my advertising strategies to a hair salon owner yesterday, and telling her what we do when we start running ads for people.
The first thing that’s really important to understand is that there are many different types of people that will see your ads and they’re all at different awareness levels and want to see different things from you.
Some people are ready to “book now” but many people aren’t, which is why if your ads are always trying to get direct bookings, you often won’t have great success.
There are a whole lot of people out there who don’t want to buy yet but who do want things like “more info” or “a free quote” or “to view your menu or price-list.”
And so if you really want to help more people you’ve got to make sure you’re meeting the people where they’re at and taking them on the journey they want to go on!
