When you feel like it’s all too much and you begin to feel overwhelmed…

Like there’s too much to do, not enough time, and you’re not sure what to do first.

It can be easy to freeze up, feel like it’s too much, and want to do nothing.

But actually… here’s what you should do:

📝 Make a list of everything you can think of that you need to do and classify it into groups of ‘urgent & important’ or ‘important but not urgent.’

🕹 Any tasks that are repetitive or require the same actions every week or month, systemise them and delegate them to someone on your team – or start creating a new team role. You as the visionary should not be doing this stuff.

🏦 Look for the tasks that generate income, those are most important as cash flow and profit is the life-blood of your business and you need to be focussing on sales and marketing activities DAILY if you want to experience consistent growth.

⌛️If your time and energy is super limited because you have babies (like moi) setting yourself a “ONE THING A DAY RULE” can be a great way to make sure you are prioritising the task that is most important to your business. If you only had to choose to get one thing done today, (even if it means making people wait for you to get back to them) what would it be?

🌋I promise if you do that one important thing you’ll feel more accomplished than if you just give all your energy to everyone else’s demands & requests all day.

Break it all down.
Systemise & Delegate what you can.
Do the things that make money.
Put your & your business needs first.
