Planning my day, affirmations, intention setting and writing my reality are a necessity.
When I commit to a daily journaling, affirmation and manifestation process of writing things the way I want them to be, and when I focus on how I want to feel, my days are ALWAYS better.
When I don’t do this, my mood, focus & results can be all over the place and are influenced by whatever happens around me.
