If I wanted to grow big muscly legs and a plump juicy 🍑 in a year, I could do it, if I went all in on strategic weight training and I ate all the right foods to grow muscle…
But could I do it in a month just kind of half assed training and eating whatever I “feel like” ???

This is how a lot of you are trying to “grow your business”
Short term thinking and half assed efforts.
Ouch? (Only if you know it’s true).
I would also have to start off with pretty light-ass weights and build my strength gradually…
And understand that I have to start with where I am and what I’ve got, and not compare myself to other girls in the gym who have been training a lot longer than me. 👀
That will just make me feel bad about myself and I might lose motivation or give up and stop trying.
Not a good way to think.
Also, my muscles aren’t going to GROW if I just keep doing weights that feel “doable” and “comfortable”
Unless I’m fucking struggling, and it’s HARD and I have to push myself to go harder and heavier…
I’m just going to maintain what I already have.
IF I WANT GROWTH I NEED TO PUSH MYSELF TO DO HARDER THINGS.
And so do you.
And you know it.
But you’re avoiding it.
And you continue to do things that you’re familiar with.
So you stay where you are.
And you’re only going to change when you either FEEL ENOUGH DESIRE for the result (the body / the business) you really want…
Or when you feel enough PAIN, and you finally get sick of where you are.
When you get to this point, I’ll be your trainer.
I’ll show you and tell you exactly what to do, and support and encourage you along the way.
Growing your business (or booty) IS 100% POSSIBLE.
It just takes YOU getting to the “fuck it, I’m going all in on this” stage.
