So I told her: Yeah babe, if you need to get other work just do it, we all need a steady income for peace of mind and security, there is absolutely no shame in that!
And you can then use the money from the other job to invest into your beauty business to grow it if that’s what you really want to do!
Otherwise if funds are low and you need to build beauty then you’ll really need a daily hustle on.
Posting your offers in free groups regularly
Networking
Building connections with other local businesses
Daily social media posts, offers, giveaways & reels
Reaching out to past clients often
Doing really special offers for brand new clients
Updating your website, blog and google listing regularly
Anyone CAN build a successful business, as long as they have the drive and as long as there is a market for what you’re selling in your area. But it takes a bit of “hustle muscle” and obsession…
When I was building my salons I stayed up late every single night on the computer tweaking my marketing, updating my website, coming up with new offer and promotion ideas, creating new ads etc and sharing them EVERYWHERE.
If you can tap into that HUNGER and OBSESSION energy, you can grow your business to where you want it to be!!
BUT if you really need extra income NOW, do not suffer, get a temporary job so that you can relieve some financial pressure and stress. This is YOUR LIFE and you have to do whats best for you and your family… it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks…
And then you’ll have extra income to invest into some coaching or a course if you need more help and guidance with WHAT to do to grow your business.
